Ancient Himalayan Kundalini Kriya
A 2.5 hour journey through breath, movement, energy and stillness
with Paramjit Pam Anand
What happens when you stop trying to quieten your mind and allow the practice to take you there?
During this workshop, Pam will guide you through Ancient Himalayan Kundalini Kriya, a practice she has lived and shared for many years.
Through breath, movement, mantra, energy awareness and meditation, we prepare the body, breath and energy so that meditation can become a natural state.
You don’t need to know anything about Kriya or Kundalini. You don’t need to be an experienced yogi or meditator.
Come as you are and experience the practice for yourself.
During our time together, we will move, breathe, chant, practise Kriya and gradually move into deeper stillness and meditation.
Pam will guide you through:
- Ancient Himalayan Kundalini Kriya
- Pranayama and conscious breath
- Movement and energy awareness
- Chakra awareness, mantra and chanting
- Meditation and integration
Every person’s experience of the practice is different.
You may notice a quieter mind, a feeling of being more grounded and centred, greater awareness, or simply a little more space inside yourself.
There is nothing you need to make happen. Just come and experience what happens in you.
A practice Pam has lived for many years
Pam has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2003 and spent 15 years living and practising in India.
During those years she met her Guruji and was initiated into Ancient Himalayan Kundalini Kriya. In 2012, she received his blessing to teach and share the practice with others.
Since then, she has shared these teachings through workshops, retreats and longer journeys of practice. Today Pam lives in Galicia in northern Spain, where she runs Shakti Rio Miño Retreat Centre.
